Day 1: We meet in the town of Mahikeng and make our way across the border as a group, our 1st night will be at a lodge on the Trans Kalahari highway.
Day 2: We make our way further north before we turn off onto sandy two tracks winding their way to our 1st highlight, an introduction to our Suzuki Safari way of camping! Our log crew having set up near Ghanzi.
Day 3: Moving further north, we make our way up the western side of the Okavango delta, and we spend the next 2 nights on her banks in formal en-suite tented chalets, enjoying all this magical wonder of nature has to offer.
Day 4: With a full day next to the Okavango Delta at our disposal, we use this to the fullest to enjoy the wonder, or for those whom just want to relax, maybe just stay and chill for the day.
Day 5: We make our way further North towards the Caprivi strip of Namibia, stopping at the Tsodillo Hills and the Newly constructed Marvel bridge at Shakawe. Our home for the next 4 Nights will be a stunning, facilitated camp on the banks of the Okavango River.
Day 6: Full day on the Banks of the Okavango River with Mahango and Bwabwata National Parks at our fingertips.
Day 7: Full day on the banks of the Okavango River with Mahango and Bwabwata National Parks at our fingertips.
Day 8: Full day on the banks of the Okavango River with Mahango and Bwabwata National Parks at our fingertips.
Day 9: We make our way East through the Caprivi Back into Botswana, where we spend the night en-suite on the banks of the Chobe River.
Day 10: Time to start heading back South, with our sights set on a magical Billion Star Wild camping evening in the vast emptiness that is the Makgadikgadi Pans, the largest salt pan on Earth.
Day 11: We say goodbye to the Pans and the Log Crew as we make our way back towards South Africa, with our final night together as a group being at the Stockpoort Border Lodge, a mere 1km on the SA side.
Day 12: We say our goodbyes and head home, looking back at what has been an incredible journey of a lifetime!
