Itinerary

Day 1:  Pofadder to the Orange River via Pella We gather in the charming town of Pofadder and begin our journey with a scenic drive through the historical mission town of Pella. Our day ends with a magnificent evening of camping on the banks of the mighty Orange River.

Day 2: Explore & Relax at the Orange River Today is yours to enjoy. Join us on an epic drive through scenery and history that will leave your jaw hanging! From the stunning Charlies pass to the most unique encounter with Adam “MR Bloubul” and a visit to Leopard Canyon.

Day 3: Into the Heart of Bushmanland We leave the river behind and head deep into Bushmanland, following secret routes no GPS could ever guide you through. Along the way, we stop at “World’s View” before settling into a wild camp surrounded by towering granite outcrops.

Day 4: From Wild to White Linen With hearts full of adventure, we shift gears and travel toward Vioolsdrif for a night of luxury. Enjoy en-suite accommodation and sweeping views over the Orange River—white linen and comfort await.

Day 5: Into the Richtersveld Refreshed and recharged, we venture into the raw, rugged beauty of the Richtersveld. With jawdropping scenery at every turn, we make our way to another unforgettable wild camp under the stars.

Day 6,7 and 8: Namaqua Coastline & Houthoop Guest Farm We head west to the Atlantic Ocean. We’ll be based for 3 nights at the beautiful Houthoop Guest Farm, where en-suite comfort meets rustic charm. From here, we’ll explore the dramatic Namaqua coastline. We uncover the stories of the Namaqua Shipwreck Route and delve into the region’s astonishing flora—home to some of the world’s most unique desert blooms and resilient plant life.

Day 9: We say our goodbyes. we greet one another and start to make our seperate ways back home looking back at what has been an incredible journey through Berg and Sperrgebiet

• ZAR 8 475,00 PP with Suzuki SA Subsidy  (Jimny owners only.)
  

• Ourselves as your guides with fully equipped guide Jimny and LOG 4x4 for the duration of the safari.
• All camping fees, camping equipment as well as the setting up of our Safari Camp. 
• Accommodation at Die Houthoop in their Rustic En-suite rooms as well as their Amazing Namaqua Cuisine.  
• Breakfast / Brunch and Dinner daily and “moer” coffee available around the clock on our camping nights.
• All route entry fees, permits and conservation fees. 
• Two-way radios on our own private frequency for each vehicle. Historical Information via Radio’s.

• Travel Costs (Fuel, tolls etc.).

• Personal Expenses.

• Drinks and Snacks.

• Any Activities not Listed.

• Completed reservation form.

• ZAR 3 000,00 deposit Per Person with reservation.

• Full payment 60 days prior to Safari Start.
