CSA WELCOMES SUZUKI
AS ITS OFFICIAL VEHICLE
AND PROTEAS ODI PARTNER

A multi-year partnership between Cricket South Africa and Suzuki Auto South Africa begins.

Suzuki South Africa is honoured to be able to sponsor it's very first national team. To kick off the festivities, a few challenges were posed to the Proteas Men's and Ladies Teams to see who the ultimate crown winners are in a Clash of the Champions.

CHALLENGE 1

A relay race

In this challenge the Proteas Ladies and Proteas Mens teams had to run a relay race against the Suzuki Swift.

CHALLENGE 2

Bowling and Batting

In this challenge the ladies and gents teams had to hit cricket balls into the boot of a Suzuki.

Which team had better batting accuracy?

CHALLENGE 3

Designated bowler

Each team had to drive a Suzuki Jimny toward a set of wickets. The designated bowler in the backseat was responsible for knocking out the bowls.

Gymkhana

Each member of the Ladies and Men's Proteas team left the bats and balls had a chance to show off their driving skills. Hit the cones and get penalised.
