FESTIVE SPIN & WIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTER
The promoter of this competition is Suzuki Auto South Africa (“the Promoter”).

COMPETITION DURATION
The Festive Spin & Win campaign will run from 11 December 2024 and close at 17:00 on 31 January 2025. The
Promoter reserves the right to amend these dates without prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY
1. The competition is open to South African citizens or permanent residents of South Africa who are 18 years
or older.
2. The Promoter, its employees (or their immediate families), and associated companies, agencies, or their
family members are not eligible to enter.
3. By entering, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria.

HOW TO ENTER
1. To enter, participants must:

• Spin the wheel to determine their voucher reward.
• Test drive a Suzuki vehicle at a participating dealership.
• Complete a purchase of any Suzuki vehicle within the campaign period.

2. Entrants must complete the Festive Spin & Win form provided at the dealership upon test drive to register
their entry.

3. Entries will only be considered valid if they comply with the entry instructions and are submitted within the
campaign duration.

4. Participants may enter only once. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE
1. Winners will be determined based on confirmation from the dealership verifying that a valid test drive and
vehicle purchase were completed as part of the campaign.
2. Each confirmed winner will receive a voucher valued between R500 and R5,000.
3. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
4. Winners must claim their prize within seven (7) working days of notification by providing proof of identity and
eligibility.
5. Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize. The Promoter
reserves the right to reallocate the prize to an alternate participant if necessary.

VOUCHER ISSUANCE AND TIMING
1. Vouchers are not issued on the day of purchase.
2. At the end of each month, sales data will be received from participating dealerships, verified, and uploaded
to the system. This process may take until the first week of the following month to complete.
3. Once the verification process is completed, winners whose purchase and email address match the
dealership’s records will be contacted by the Promoter within 10 working days.
4. This timeline ensures thorough validation to maintain the integrity of the competition.

EMAIL ADDRESS AS UNIQUE IDENTIFIER
1. The email address provided on the Festive Spin & Win form will serve as the unique identifier for prize
eligibility and winner verification.
2. The email address must match the one used by the dealership when reporting the vehicle sale. If there is a
mismatch, the participant's entry will be deemed invalid, and prize eligibility will be forfeited.

PARTICIPATION
1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Participants consent to being contacted by Suzuki Auto South Africa for competition-related purposes via
email, telephone, or direct message.
3. Entrants agree that their names and images may be used in future promotional material by the Promoter.

PERSONAL DATA
1. Entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for administering the competition and
prize distribution.
2. Personal data will be managed in accordance with South African data protection laws and Suzuki’s privacy
policy.
3. The Promoter will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except for competition
administration purposes.

OWNERSHIP AND PUBLICITY
1. Entrants grant the Promoter the right to use their name, image, and entry content for promotional purposes
without additional compensation.
2. Winners agree to have their names and photographs published in promotional materials related to this
competition, subject to their consent.

INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY
1. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold the Promoter, its agents, and affiliates harmless from any liability,
damage, or loss resulting from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, misdirected, or delayed due to technical or other disruptions
beyond its control.

PRIVACY POLICY
The Promoter treats all personal information collected as confidential and will use it only in accordance with South
African data protection regulations. Participants may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by contacting
the Promoter.

RIGHT TO AMEND
1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior
notice.
2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of
equal value.
